We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Oncology Account Representative.

Join a dynamic virtual oncology team focused on delivering meaningful, patient-centered customer engagement. As an Oncology Account Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted resource to oncology healthcare professionals, providing clinical and disease-state education while supporting customer engagement.

In this exciting opportunity, you are a great fit if you can….

• Engage oncology healthcare professionals through compliant, clinical and patient-centric conversations focused on disease state education, appropriate patient identification, treatment landscapes, and product positioning.
• Support pre-launch → post-launch initiatives by identifying key stakeholders within oncology practices and health systems, creating awareness, educating customers, and accelerating adoption through virtual engagement channels.
• Partner with client field sales, marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams to ensure aligned customer engagement strategies.
• Serve as a trusted resource for community and academic oncology customers throughout the customer journey.

You are a great fit if you have…

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of virtual/inside sales, field sales, or relevant customer-facing sales experience
• Experience working with oncology practices, healthcare systems &/or pharma/biotech companies
• Strong outbound prospecting & customer engagement skills
• Comfortable conducting sales conversations via phone, email, & virtual meetings
• Experience using virtual presentation tools such as Zoom or Teams
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance & activity targets
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
