Key Responsibilities
- To give the line clearance as per BMR/BPR, SOPs and checklists.
- To check the material quantity in Material Issue Order as per BMR/BPR.
- To check staging of material (e.g. material description/lot No., item code, A.R. No. Mother Containers and Quantity).
- To ensure the prevention of contamination, cross contamination and mix up.
- To monitor and record online in-process parameters as per specified frequency in BPR/BMR.
- To ensure compliance of written procedures of BMR/BPR on shop floor by QA and other concern personnel.
- To collect process Validation, Stability and Control samples in the intended batch.
- To facilitate the batch release by timely review and closure of observations of BMR/BPR to be ensured.
- To verify all logbook and weighing balance calibration record.
- To ensure correctness of primary and secondary packing material prior to start of operations.
- To verify the on-line rejection and return of excess packing material to PMS.
- To verify and authorize the additional packing material.
- To perform AQL for release the intermediate and final stage of manufacturing as per SOP & BMR/BPR.
- To participate in technical training programs for self-development.
- To verify & ensure the stereo impression and MRP.
- To ensure data collection & preparation of APR.
- Any other work assigned by the HOD.
