Reports to: EMEA Market Access Director
Travel: 30-50% (primarily UK; limited international support activity)
Role Summary
The Market Access Enablement & NHS Funding Analyst supports the implementation of HeartFlow technologies within NHS Trusts by providing analytical, operational, and administrative enablement related to local funding processes, business case development, and economic value articulation.
The role operates at a supporting and executional level, assisting internal commercial teams and NHS stakeholders with the preparation of business cases, economic modelling, and documentation required for local funding consideration within NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). The role does not own external stakeholder strategy, policy engagement, or funding decision authority.
In addition, the role provides limited support to corporate market access initiatives through structured data collection, tool development, and internal coordination activities. Any involvement in NICE-related activities, KOL engagement, or international projects is strictly supporting in nature and conducted under defined internal direction.

Key Responsibilities
Local Funding Enablement (Primary – Support Role)
- Support internal commercial and implementation teams in preparing documentation and materials required for Trust- and ICB-level funding discussions.
- Compile, structure, and maintain local business case content, economic models, and supporting datasets under approved templates and methodologies.
- Document local funding pathways, governance steps, and approval requirements to improve internal planning and execution.
- Coordinate information exchange between internal teams and NHS stakeholders as directed.
Business Case & Economic Modelling Support
- Prepare and maintain financial and operational models reflecting local activity volumes, pathway assumptions, and utilisation scenarios using approved methodologies.
- Adapt centrally approved economic tools for local use under internal guidance.
- Support the preparation of written business case materials, presentations, and appendices.
- Maintain version control, audit trails, and documentation standards.
- Track the status of local funding activities, approvals, and milestones in internal systems.
- Maintain reporting dashboards related to funding pipeline visibility and cycle time.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate internally for resolution.
- Support handover coordination once funding approvals are obtained.
- Support internal teams by compiling field feedback, usage data, and implementation insights in structured formats.
- Assist in the preparation of internal evidence summaries and data packs aligned with centrally defined market access objectives.
- Support logistical coordination for approved KOL activities (e.g., scheduling, materials preparation, data capture), without independent stakeholder ownership or external positioning.
- The role does not engage in independent evidence strategy, advocacy, or external scientific positioning.
- Contribute to selected internal international projects related to tool standardisation, documentation harmonisation, and process improvement as assigned.
- Share operational learnings and templates internally across regions.
- Does not represent the company externally or participate in international policy or reimbursement discussions.
- Work closely with Sales, Implementation, Clinical, and Market Access teams to ensure consistency of tools, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure all activities comply with NHS governance standards and HeartFlow compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit readiness.
Required:
- Experience supporting ICB, NHS Trusts, commissioning processes, healthcare funding workflows, or healthcare analytics functions.
- Strong analytical capability with experience building or maintaining financial or operational models.
- High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
- Strong written and organisational skills.
- Exposure to health economics, business case development, or healthcare operations analytics.
- Familiarity with NHS funding structures and approval workflows.
- Experience in medtech, diagnostics, or digital health environments.
- Experience supporting multi-country projects in an internal coordination capacity.
