Job Responsibilities

• To perform DoE execution, analysis & interpretation of data for upstream process development taking technical calls, discussions, investigations, etc. for project.
• To perform operation of Bioreactors/Fermenters and associated equipment required for handling of Mammalian and Microbial Upstream process development. Provide technical inputs for upstream process leveraging in molecular and cell biology, fermentation/ cell, bioreactor engineering, and in-process analytics.
• To analyze in-process sample analysis like Metabolites, cell counts etc. for current running projects.
• To Operate and manage uses of equipment’s like Autoclave, Hot air oven, centrifuge and other associated equipment used for upstream process development.
• Preparation and execution of documents as per laid down Quality procedures for upstream process development and technology transfer.
• Preparation of SOP, Support for Equipment qualification, Calibration pertaining to upstream process as per laid down procedures.
• Preparation of technology transfer documentation for and Supporting to Manufacturing site during technology transfer.
• To co-ordinate with purchase, inter department & vendors for raising indent of raw materials, consumable and spares required for upstream biotechnology.
• Ensure quality compliance in Biotechnology Upstream laboratory as per Quality standards requirements.
