Job Description
Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc. in workplace
- Ensuring quality & process control during working as per QC guidelines
- Overall, in charge to ensure of dispatch of correct products with correct documentation as per customer and statutory requirements
- Take active part in production planning and prepare/communicate daily weekly monthly dispatch plan.
- Co ordination with sales team for dispatch releases and communicate to operation team for planning
- Ensuring placing of trucks/finalization of transporter as & when require.
- Ensuring reporting of all dispatch figure as & when require.
- Providing training to team to upgrade their skill and overall work culture
- Ensuring stock taking and match with book stock on regular basis.
- Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)
- Participation in all EHS initiatives
- Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
- Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
- Ensuring 5S of workplace and maintain dashboard.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (PCM) (Regular Course)
- Work Experience: 2-5 Years in similar role (preferably refractory industry)
- Experience on MS Office and Email Handling
