Job Description

• Associate/Senior Associate in the IP litigation and dispute resolution team.
• Work as part of a team on interesting cases across different offices.
• Carrying out legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.
• Travel across India as and when required.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• MBA and LLB (3 year or 5 year) with 3+ years of experience in IP litigation team of a law firm.
• Handled trademark infringement, passing off and copyright infringement cases.
• Experience in legal research, drafting of pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, and appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting of legal notices and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.
• Above average academic credentials.
• Fluent in English.
• Team worker, highly motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
