Job Description- Jr Research Associate

The Analyst will support routine laboratory activities by preparing reagents and solutions, assisting in instrument maintenance, and following established SOPs. The role involves learning and supporting analytical testing processes while ensuring strict adherence to GLP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines. Candidates should have a basic understanding of analytical techniques and willingness to learn advanced instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, and GC. The position also involves reviewing raw data and documentation to maintain compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, and other regulatory standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare reagents, solutions, and standards as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Learn, support, and assist in the calibration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
• Follow GLP, GMP, and internal laboratory practices while performing assigned tasks.
• Assist in routine analytical testing under supervision and demonstrate willingness to learn advanced techniques.
• Maintain accurate records, raw data, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.).
• Review study documentation, analytical data, and reports to ensure correctness and completeness.
• Support the team in day-to-day laboratory operations and participate in training sessions as required.
