Role: Medical Representative / ABM (based on experience & fit)

We are hiring an experienced, doctor-facing pharma sales professional for Hyderabad who has a strong existing doctor network, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving monthly targets in ethical, general segment brands (not speciality).

• Promote and detail ethical, general brands to GPs, physicians, orthopedics, pediatricians, and dentists.
• Maintain and expand an active doctor and chemist network in Hyderabad.
• Achieve monthly POB and sales targets consistently.
• Ensure proper daily calling, route planning, and activity reporting.
• Execute field visibility, product detailing, and sampling.
• Work closely with stockists, ensure availability, and manage market demand.
• For ABM level: Guide and supervise a small team, conduct joint fieldwork, and drive performance.

• Minimum 5 years of MR/ABM experience in ethical, general segment (no speciality background required).
• Strong doctor coverage in Hyderabad with existing relationships.
• Proven track record of consistent target achievement.
• Fluent communication, disciplined field execution, and strong follow-through.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
