As a founder’s office intern at Mushloop, you will work directly with the founder on high-impact projects, gaining hands-on experience in strategy, operations, and execution.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Business & Strategy Support:
• Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in business development efforts, reaching out to potential partners, investors, and stakeholders.
• Support in grant writing, proposal development, and tracking applications for funding opportunities.
• Work on investment decks & reports for fundraising initiatives.
• Operations & Execution:
• Coordinate across departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Help streamline processes and implement operational efficiencies.
• Support in hiring & recruitment, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews.
• Maintain documentation, contracts, and important business records.
• Communication & Branding:
• Assist in content creation for investor reports, blogs, and social media.
• Work on pitch decks, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate on branding initiatives to position Mushloop as an industry leader.
• Manage communication with partners, incubators, and grant organizations.
• Research & innovation:
• Stay updated on sustainability trends, biotech developments, and climate tech innovations.
• Provide insights on new materials, fungal pigments, and mycelium-based packaging.
• Support in R&D coordination and documentation.
• Administrative & Special Projects:
• Work closely with the founder on ad-hoc strategic projects.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Help organize events, workshops, and product demos.
