- Perform routine high complexity analyses and interpretations of flow cytometry dot plots for leukemia/lymphoma specimens
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control documentation
- Operate necessary equipment and prepare samples for testing
- Prioritize samples according to established policies
- Assist in training personnel and participate in required Continuing Education activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Science, Medical Technology, or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clinical testing experience
- Experience in Flow Cytometry analysis
- High level of attention to detail with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a standardized color vision screen
- MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), CLS(NCA), or SCYM(ASCP) certification
- Familiarity with information systems
- Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed
