Job Summary:.

• We are seeking a seasoned- Senior QA Manager to lead and oversee the Quality Assurance (QA) team dedicated to our ecommerce operations.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring all ecommerce products and services meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
• The Senior QA Manager will be responsible for developing advanced quality control procedures, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced QA processes and standards tailored for ecommerce products and services.
• Establish quality benchmarks and ensure adherence to them across all projects.
• Analyze quality performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions based on data insights to maintain high product standards.
• Work closely with product development, engineering, operations, and customer service teams to embed quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Serve as the QA liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
