Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Operator to join our team at Racer Tooling Industries. As an Injection Moulding Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. This is a full-time position based in Irugur, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and equipment
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines
• Attention to detail and strong quality control skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines to produce plastic components according to specifications
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot injection moulding machines to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are followed
• Maintain production records and reports
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production process
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the production process
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
