Job Description
Purpose of the Role
This position will be responsible for execution of projectsin the area allocated in order to ensure timely completion of all projects.This position will be responsible for all the services for the area allocatedpertaining to the Technical Services departmental deliverables.
Job Responsibility
Facility execution & Process Proving:- Do theDesign Approval meetings with the stakeholders for DAP submitted by suppliersfor facilities planned with the inputs of user agencies and planning teamEnsure the facility readiness at various milestones for ensuring timelydelivery as per project timelines Comply with the legal compliance forsuppliers / service providers pertaining to gate pass for the workingpersonnel. Adherence to the Safety standards while execution of the facilities& equipments Execution of the facilities planned for the projects. Provingof the facilities / Equipment’s, manufacturing processes for the target deliverablesto ensure Delivery, Quality & Timeline. Arrange trainings for operationsteam related to new equipment’s & technology. Deliver the requirements toachieve the station readiness score with CFT for timely achievement of productmaturation in Beta, PO, BBO, PP & SOP phases. Verification of MBOM,Estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for Cost roll up.
Engineering Change Management: - Execute the changesrequired for implementation of the DMLs released for current products as wellas new products Conduct try-outs (1+5+25) before implementation of the changewith the stake holders. Resolve the issues observed in the trials bycorrections by the respective agencies (Suppliers, ERC, etc.)
Process documentation: Update & release theprocess documents (IATF - 16949), WCQ for the current products as per definedfrequency Update & release the documents for corrections required as perfeedback from Quality / Manufacturing / Process Change Requests / PFMEA / MPAP.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: B.E/B. Tech.
About 8-12 years end to end Experience in Automobiles &Skill levels as per the special needs pertaining to the area allocated.(Machining, Welding, Assembly Lines, Paint Shop, etc.)
