What You Will Do

The position is responsible for delivering analytical services for various product categories, supporting R&D projects, changes to commercial products, and research activities. The main responsibilities include-

  • Performing analytical testing and preparing relevant documentation with a focus on compliance.
  • Executing stability tests for product shelf-life assessment.
  • Developing and validating methods under team leader supervision.
  • Participating in method transfers.
  • Managing qualification and calibration of lab instruments.
  • Documenting data in technical reports and supporting lab process management.
  • Collaborating with regional and global teams as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct analytical tests and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Perform stability studies and method validation.
  • Manage assigned lab equipment, ensuring calibration and functionality.
  • Document findings in reports and protocols.
  • Support lab processes and quality system oversight.
  • Engage in global initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications-

  • Ph.D. in Pharmacy or Chemistry preferred; MSc, B Pharm, M. Pharm, or equivalent.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Analytical Development, Quality Control, or related roles in healthcare/pharma/FMCG.
  • Experience with GMP, 21 CFR Guidelines, and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Expertise in analytical chemistry, stability assessments, and lab instrumentation.
  • Good documentation practices and data integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
