We are currently seeking a Project Leader to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Leader at ICON, you will be responsible for guiding and managing project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your role will involve overseeing project execution, coordinating resources, and ensuring that project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
What You Will Be Doing:- Leading and managing project teams, including defining project objectives, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Overseeing the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and expectations.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing solutions to address challenges and keep the project on track.
- Providing regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous. Significant experience in project management is required.
- Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.
