Job Description Summary
The Associate Product Manager Clinical Trial Supply Logistics Safety Services is a strategic Business Professional who takes proactivity ownership on innovations led or supported by Clinical Trial Supply Logistics and/or Safety Services assuring alignment across Parexel SBUs. The role will follow the Product Lifecycle Management process including ongoing market and stakeholder evaluation with opportunity and feature prioritizing, competitive analytics, product launch support and product enhancement support.
Key Accountabilities
• Implementing and enhancing Clinical Trial Supply Logistics Safety Services product offerings by maintaining a keen interest in competitive intelligence, liaising with internal stakeholders, reviewing new regulatory guidance, assessing industry tool landscape for clinical trial logistics and reviewing KPI data to recommend improvements of existing services
• Establish and maintain trustful relationship within and outside of Parexel (clients and vendors) to ensure open and efficient communication.
• Work along with multiple stakeholders across service lines
• Engage in a matrix organization the different teams involved in the product development to ensure in time and quality delivery
• Work strategically on product launches, enhancements, and value prepositions
• Identify stakeholders, advise, and lead product development cycle across SBUs and teams from market analysis to product launch
• Analyze potential opportunities and develop strategies to support stakeholder awareness and engagement, monitor actions and results against plans.
• Engage with Solution Consultants and delivery teams to maintain a portfolio of solutions

• Passion for improving the Clinical Trial Logistics and Safety Services experience for the diverse stakeholder community.
• Good understanding of Clinical Trial Logistics and Safety Services operations and strategic patterns with regards to innovations
• Ability to effectively create and present information around product offerings to different stakeholder groups.
• Proven understanding of product design concepts, including revenue, profitability, and market dynamics, to contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Continuous learning mindset to evolve with trends and strategic decisions.
• Enhanced communication skills to cope with different stakeholders and convey ideas effectively cross-functional.
• Capable of challenging ideas/products with regards to added value, market needs and profitability to drive development of effective business models.
• Self-motivated with a professional proactive attitude to drive success.
• Positive, outwardly energetic style that leverages relationships.
• Proven problem solving and creative mindset skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on analysis.

Knowledge And Experience
• Practical experience within Pharma, Clinical Logistics and/ or Safety Services
• Management Consulting background desirable
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with various stakeholders and to motivate indirect reports.
• Adequate knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, like GCP, GDP, GMP and/ or GVP
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management process, market analysis and client needs.
• Solid financial management including business case analysis and ROI management skills.
• Experience working in large, diverse, international environments.
• Proficient skills of Microsoft 365, notably PowerPoint and Excel
Education
• Educated to B.A/ B.s., master's degree or equivalent level in pharma and life-science discipline, business administration (or equivalent), or logistics
