- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health-related field (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of monitoring experience in clinical research
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Proven planning and organizational skills with experience in multiple therapeutic areas and study phases
- Ability to provide mentoring and coaching, delivering timely feedback to enhance team performance
- Experience in managing clinical research teams and driving innovation in processes
- Demonstrated ability to navigate risk and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the latest regulations and guidelines in clinical research
