What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build and lead high-performing clinical research teams, ensuring effective partnerships with investigative sites
• Oversee clinical trial performance, providing strategic planning and direction to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with regulations, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and Hiring Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage resource allocation and budget for assigned studies, maximizing team impact on pipeline delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health-related field (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of monitoring experience in clinical research
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Proven planning and organizational skills with experience in multiple therapeutic areas and study phases
• Ability to provide mentoring and coaching, delivering timely feedback to enhance team performance
