The High Growth Markets, Global Communications Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the high growth industry regions by crafting and executing impactful communications strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and leading targeted marketing campaigns that support both short-term and long-term growth objectives. Key responsibilities include maintaining consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels, creating and executing integrated marketing initiatives, identifying and pursuing editorial opportunities to elevate brand awareness, and ensuring alignment with the company’s global communication goals. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to an ever-evolving market landscape.
This position reports to the Sr. Global Marketing Communications and Brand Manager and is part of the Global Marketing and Market Development organization. This position is located in India and will be working remotely to cover high-growth industries and regions uniquely.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive brand awareness and market visibility for key Phenomenex brands (LC, GC, SP, ACC) through transformative marketing-based campaigns that include digital, advertising, webinars, events, public relations, and trade shows.
- Produce creative, engaging content while ensuring adherence and cohesion to portfolio’s overall brand strategy, identity, and messaging.
- Develop and implement advertising and Lead Management projects to strengthen sales funnel.
- Support and manage general education series and general campaigns developed during growth planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to develop and deploy campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, communications, or marketing required; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in communications, marketing or product management, preferably in a life science or biotechnology company.
- Strategizes regional marketing plan, including direct marketing programs, new product launches, lead generation /qualification programs, and multi-channel promotional campaigns
- Ability to travel – 20 % travel, overnight, globally
- Advanced editorial skills to proofread and write clear, compelling, informative, marketing-oriented and/or explanatory copy for a variety of mediums
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their most effective use
- Ability to actively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
