Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Power BI Financial Analyst. This role is based in Foster City, California, but operates on a fully remote basis. The position involves working closely within the public biotech industry, focusing primarily on data visualization and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Accurately create and maintain custom financial dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Expertly handle accounting functions using Adaptive Planning.
• Carry out detailed financial analysis to generate meaningful financial insights.
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards, ensuring accurate and efficient data visualization.
• Utilize data mining techniques to optimize financial reporting.
• Continually monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data mining techniques is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting functions is essential.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI is mandatory.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning is a significant advantage.
• Strong skills in financial analysis are expected.
• Ability to visualize data effectively is crucial.
