- Data Validation: Review and validate contract data extracted by AI tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Document Classification: Classify documents into appropriate categories (e.g., supply agreements, service agreements).
- Data Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve data quality issues, such as missing information or inconsistencies.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter validated data into a designated repository.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of data validation processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with contract types and procurement documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and data validation tools.
