What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Independently solve complex technical issues and prepare detailed specifications for clinical programs
• Analyze and revise complex clinical system logic and documentation
• Manage all phases of clinical application system analysis and programming activities
• Provide technical guidance in the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical information systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and/or five years of related experience
• Strong background in Information Technology, focusing on advanced troubleshooting and support for clinical applications
• Experience in supporting clinical information systems
• Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate resources
• Exceptional skills in diagnosing complex technical issues
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certification or experience in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing or Epic Resolute Professional Billing
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Experience in formulating logical statements of business and management problems
• Background in clinical workflows and system adoption strategies
