About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Offshore Technology Delivery to take ownership of our strategic offshore development partnership. You will lead vendor management, ensure delivery excellence, and oversee performance improvements critical to the success of our SaaS solutions. This role blends technical leadership with strategic business management to ensure successful product delivery for our global customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead as the primary liaison between Signant Health and our offshore development partner.
• Drive delivery quality by implementing KPIs, monitoring vendor performance, and resolving escalations.
• Manage vendor SLA governance and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee software delivery processes, focusing on reducing bugs, improving release quality, and streamlining workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Products, Cloud Ops) to ensure seamless integration of technology into customer operations.
• Plan resource capacity strategically to meet project goals and deliverables.
  
  

What You Need:

• Experience managing offshore development teams, preferably with Indian IT service providers.
• Proven track record of improving delivery quality within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in vendor SLAs, KPIs, performance management, and strategic resource planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive accountability and collaboration across global teams.
