Algorithm Developer - 3D image reconstructions
Cambridge - Hybrid
This Cambridge based pharmaceutical company are world leaders in drug discovery and development. They have multiple new drug candidates progressing in clinical development and so are looking to grow their image processing team. The team are creating 3D protein structures from imaging data.
We are looking for individuals who are experienced in image analysis and novel algorithm development. You’ll need to bring new ideas to the table to shape and develop research in the field of single particle analysis. You'll need to be proficient in Python and have a good understanding of SPA image processing theory.
You need to have experience in the following areas:
Detailed knowledge of single particle analysis image processing theory
Previous experience in algorithm development for single particle analysis
Excellent knowledge of Python
Experience using Git
