Job Description
The Position
As a Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
Complete ownership of the deliverables from end-to-end with a mind-set of ‘continuous improvement’ and share recommendations with the manager stakeholders. Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyse Pharma data, trends around campaign/marketing activities and generate customer insights. Also focus on Campaign Analytics. Presenting the business outcomes to stakeholders. Maintain up to date information on the latest economic trends in relevant markets. Collaborating closely with the Stakeholders to look at feedback, development opportunities Understanding customer needs and providing better customer experiences are essential in a more competitive market.

Multichannel Customer Engagement: Support establishment and enhancement customer relationships across all channels. Good understanding about the overview of organization strategy. Utilize customer data analytics to personalize customer interactions and build recommendation based upon insights. Develop a customer segmentation model to enable effective marketing across all channels and build recommendation based upon insights. Identify and leverage suitable digital platforms (like websites (HCP Portal), Emails, Social Media channels etc.) to grow customer relationships. Document, share best practices and insights to help advance the organization's digital platform.

• Customer Segmentation Classification Perform the analysis to identity the customer base and its segment to rightly place the HCPs in the desired target list to enhance the business needs.
• Parameter Setting Update parameter changes where relevant such as channel weights, product weights, components etc.
• Addition and revision of parameters and components to channels on a periodic basis as per affiliate configuration instance.

Qualification
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Engineering Degree from a well-recognized institute. Good academic track record and grades.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the Pharma industry, with consulting experience being a must.
• Ability to translate business problems into efficient and effective analysis plans, execute the analysis, and prepare data.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience in analyzing complex situations and synthesizing data to form a cohesive picture.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, Advanced Excel with a strong hold on VBA, Advanced Microsoft Office products, and BI tools.
• Working-level knowledge of IQVIA databases and Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical tools, IMS, MIDAS datasets, Javelin systems, and Axtria Sales IQ is a plus.
• Proven track record developing and executing various field force commercial effectiveness projects to achieve superior results, demonstrating data-driven thinking, customer orientation, and operational excellence.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with customers, vendors, consultants and project teams. Consulting experience a plus.
• Ability to support project with collaboration, data gathering, keeping the track of milestones etc.
