- Resolve cross-functional customer issues, including order discrepancies and complaints
- Assist in maintaining service levels and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or contact center (consumer market)
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and phone skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
- Proven reliability and motivation to excel in a customer-centric role
- Understanding of call center metrics and performance management techniques
- Experience working with cross-functional departments and teams
- Superior planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Basic typing, computer skills, and data entry experience, preferably with Microsoft Office
- No client or employee complaints against the representative for inappropriate behavior
