What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide high-level service to customers regarding inquiries, orders, and shipments
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and correspondence
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the delivery process
  • Resolve cross-functional customer issues, including order discrepancies and complaints
  • Assist in maintaining service levels and participate in continuous improvement projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or contact center (consumer market)
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and phone skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
  • Proven reliability and motivation to excel in a customer-centric role

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Understanding of call center metrics and performance management techniques
  • Experience working with cross-functional departments and teams
  • Superior planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Basic typing, computer skills, and data entry experience, preferably with Microsoft Office
  • No client or employee complaints against the representative for inappropriate behavior
