Job Description
Your Role
- 2–5 years of consulting experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences with Tier 1 or Tier 2 management consulting firms.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one area such as Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, or Digital Health, along with advanced knowledge of development, regulatory, clinical, and commercial aspects of the life sciences industry.
- Prior experience in end-to-end project management including client pursuit, acquisition, RFP support, proposal development, delivery, and retention, as well as creating thought leadership content and points of view.
- Familiarity with industry databases like clinicaltrials.gov and FDA, and subscription sources such as Factiva and PubMed.
- Strong client service orientation with commercial acumen, proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Demonstrated capability in synthesizing business information into actionable insights, leading projects and teams successfully, and delivering impactful client presentations.
- Experience working across multiple countries, time zones, and multicultural teams, with advanced proficiency in MS Office and ability to perform under high-pressure, ambiguous situations.
