Clinical Data Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Data Management to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager, Data Management at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating data management projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of data management, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Your leadership will be critical in driving the success of data management initiatives that support clinical research and contribute to the development of new therapies.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading and managing data management projects from initiation through to completion.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure data management activities align with project goals and timelines.
- Overseeing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity by implementing and monitoring data management processes and standards.
- Communicating project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring project transparency and alignment.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data management, life sciences, or project management.
- Proven experience in managing data management projects within a clinical research or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
