This role will be responsible for developing commercial demand forecasts for pipeline and launching products as well as completing opportunity assessments for life cycle management.

• Work closely with project manager to define business problem, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis

• Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client

• Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.

• Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automation

• Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)

• Mentor junior associates

Bachelor of Engineering in Statistics

• 4 to 8 years of relevant analytics experience into Commercial Pharma Forecasting

• Epi based Forecasting for Inline, Pipeline and BDL Products/ Brands

• Understanding disease and Therapy Area and its application to forecast

• Understanding of secondary research support / validate assumption

• Strong in Excel any programming experience is good to have

• Strong logical and analytical ability to solve business problems. Independently execute business problems with minimal guidance from Leads

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Experience in Pharma domain is mandatory
