Job Purpose
The position is for an experienced project manager with exposure to Translational Medicine domain. The purpose of this role is to partner with the scientific teams in Translational Medicine in BBRC and stakeholders in BMS in operational and logistical aspects of the execution of research/study programs such as budgeting, resource-planning and tracking, supply-chain interfaces, progress and milestone-tracking, timeline-tracking, deviation-management and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Master of Science in any domain of life sciences with a certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP)
Technical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points)
Behavioral Skills
Good problem-solving skills, oratory, and documentation skills, learning attitude, collaboration, linking and analytical abilities, attention to detail, thoroughness, and responsiveness with sense of urgency

Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational management of designated projects, including
- Establish scientific and operational project milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
- In consultation with stakeholders, agree and document deliverables and timelines at each project stage
- Coordinate for discussion on project initiation and conduct regular follow-up meetings on project status & updates
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan/tracker to monitor and track progress
- Assist in the management of changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate project-related operational and/or administrative issues to management as needed
- Partner in performing risk management to minimize potential risks
- Preparation of reports including but not limited to time sheets, resource planner, project updates, and other productivity related metrics
- Coordinating and tracking for sample shipment, sample manifest and regular follows with the sample management team Preparation of projects tracker, resource planner and to maintain the complete project overview
Master of Science in any domain of life sciences with a certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP)
Technical/functional Skills: (Maximum 4-6 Points)
- Strong competencies in planning, project management, outsourcing, resource management and organization
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce and present clear, concise, and professionally written communications and presentations.
- Sound knowledge in quality systems, preparation and review of SOP’s
