Job Purpose
Conduct integrative data analysis of multi-omics datasets to address challenges across different stages of drug discovery. We are looking for a highly motivated bioinformatician to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of scientists to deliver comprehensive solutions for our drug discovery platform.
Qualification
(2-5) years of experience with a bachelor's / Master's degree in bioinformatics/ Computational biology or allied discipline.

- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience in multi-omics data analysis.
- Familiarity with gene regulatory networks and protein-protein interaction networks.
- Expertise in multivariate data analysis, including regression and clustering.
- Strong understanding of data visualization techniques.
- Basic understanding of graphs, networks, and their applications in biology.
- Experience in constructing and analyzing mechanistic models of biological systems.
- Knowledge of probability distributions, correlation, and hypothesis testing.
