Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with processing, analyzing, and visualizing large-scale biological datasets, including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data.
• Use bioinformatics tools and programming languages (such as Python, R, or Bioconductor) to develop custom scripts and pipelines for data analysis.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and querying of biological databases for various research projects.
• Collaborate with senior bioinformaticians and researchers to support ongoing projects and provide insights into biological data. Run case studies and validate in-house technologies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and scientific publications based on data analysis results.
• Ensure all processes, workflows, and scripts are well-documented for reproducibility and future use.
