- Significant experience in a similar role ideally in a consultancy environment
- Excellent understanding of forms of building contracts (including JCT and NEC3)
- Strong bid writing and presentation skills to client
- Industry knowledge across a variety of sectors
- Achieved a relevant professional qualification (NECreg, MAPM, MCIOB, MRICS, Prince 2)
- Current membership of a construction related professional body such as RICS, CIOB, APM, etc
- An excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
- Developed leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Experience in Public sector developments including infrastructure, public realm and other public built assets.
