Key Requirements

• Postgraduate Degree: MBA or MSW
• Undergraduate Degree: Engineering, B.Sc. (Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology), BA (Literature, Psychology), or BSW.
• Experience: Candidates who graduated in 2023 should have at least 3 months of work experience, ideally in HR, recruitment, or any voice process role.
• Interest: Candidates passionate about recruitment are strongly encouraged to apply.
