⏳ Shift: Rotational (Night Shift Allowance Included)

🎓 Eligibility

Graduates: BA, B.Com , BBA, BHM, B.Sc , BCA

B.Tech (Mech/Biotech), Distance PG, PGDM can apply

❌ Not eligible: BE / MCA

💻 Basic computer skills

🗣️ Excellent written & verbal communication

📝 Job Responsibilities

Provide 24×5 training support to global clients (EMEA, NAM & APAC)

Handle email-based customer queries

Offer training schedule options & resolve issues

Document cases & generate tickets

Prepare daily/weekly reports in Excel

Work on Learning Management Systems (LMS)
