Job Title: Anesthesia Clinical Workflow Specialist
Mode- Contractual (Remote)
Shift- PST
Experience: 7–10+ Years
Required Skills Experience
8–10+ years of experience in anesthesia and perioperative clinical workflows.
Nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong knowledge of pre-op, intra-op, PACU/recovery, anesthesia documentation, patient monitoring, and surgical workflows.
Experience working with anesthesiologists, surgeons, OT/OR teams, PACU nurses, and hospital administrators.
Familiarity with EHR/EMR/HIS systems (Epic, Cerner, or Indian hospital systems) is preferred.
Ability to communicate clinical workflows effectively with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Guide product teams on anesthesia, OT/OR, perioperative, and PACU workflows.
Validate product features, reports, and analytics for clinical accuracy and usability.
Identify workflow gaps, documentation issues, and operational challenges.
Recommend improvements to support anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical teams.
Review product designs from an anesthesia clinical workflow perspective.
