Analytical Writer from CRO/Pharma Background - Bangalore - Office Based

We are currently seeking an Analytical Writer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Analytical Writer, you will play a key role in supporting bioanalytical and clinical research activities through the development of accurate, high quality, and regulatory compliant study documentation. You will be responsible for transforming complex laboratory data and scientific findings into clear, structured, and comprehensive reports that meet international guidelines and client expectations. Your work will directly contribute to regulatory submissions, project delivery, and overall study success. If you possess strong analytical thinking, scientific understanding, and exceptional writing skills, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative research environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Prepare bioanalytical and method validation reports by compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple laboratory and project sources.
  • Translate laboratory results and scientific findings into clear, accurate, and structured narratives suitable for regulatory and client review. Work closely with Project Managers, Bioanalytical Team Leads, and laboratory teams to clarify results, conclusions, and reporting requirements.
  • Review reports for accuracy, consistency, and compliance, incorporating feedback from internal and external reviewers.
  • Finalize documentation in alignment with international guidelines and eCTD (PDF) submission standards.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and assist Project Managers with study related documentation and deliverables.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or biomedical discipline, preferably with exposure to bioanalytical or laboratory sciences.
  • Working knowledge of bioanalytical laboratory processes and clinical or non-clinical study environments.
  • Familiarity with laboratory techniques such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, ELISA, ADA, NAb, and flow cytometry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific data and present it clearly in written format.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on precision and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe tools for document preparation and formatting.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, structured in approach, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and client focused mindset.
