Your new role
Are you passionate about data, how to use information into insight to drive action for continuous improvement?
As our new Safety, Health and Environmental Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights that help drive decisions in delivering a safe and healthy place to work. You’ll have the opportunity to learn new tools, sharpen your analytical skills, and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment. This includes becoming the SME for our software systems, coordinating the development of this and deep dive analysis projects to drive continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll have experience working within insight and data analysis as well as a basic knowledge of health & safety regulations. We’re looking for someone who’s proficient in Excel, PowerBI or other data tools, with a keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communications skills.
You'll be able to work from any one of our offices in Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Horndean (PO8 9NN), Bracknell (RG12 1RF), or Yeovil (BA22 8WN) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
Interviews will take place on Wednesday 14 May 2025 either at Eastleigh office or via Microsoft Teams.
