What You’ll Be Doing

• Working closely across all Jet2holidays departments to identify new product opportunities, collating new ideas and owning initial research, making recommendations on which ideas to prioritise and progress.
• Own researching and contribute to the creation of business plans or strategies to develop, launch or promote products.
• Support small to large sized projects and take responsibility for ensuring that project timelines and specific deadlines are adhered to, to ensure the effective launch new product or services.
• Support the implementation including any digital development required to develop current products for launch of new products.
• Build strong relationships with multiple departments and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met, while supporting critical project meetings and delivering presentations to key stakeholders across Jet2holidays team.
  
  
  

What You’ll Have

• High level of verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the business. 
• Organised and effective team player experienced in working across multiple departments but also willing to work off own initiative. 
• Ability to conduct detailed research and document and summarise findings. 
• Highly numerate, analytical, and accurate with excellent attention to detail. 
• Ability to work in highly pressurised environment and travel abroad on their own, when required. 
• Previous project management experience or involvement in developing and launching new customer propositions is desirable.
