Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Power Platform and SharePoint Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the Power Platform and SharePoint platforms to meet business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to ensure the effective utilization of the platform.

Responsibilities
Power Platform Development:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Customize Power Platform applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain processes to provision and maintain SharePoint sites.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using Power Platform.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Power Platform and SharePoint farms.
- Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
- Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science;
- Strong proficiency in Power platform development, including Canvas Apps, Model driven apps, Workflows, and Integrations;
- Experience with SharePoint 2019 services and patching;
- Preferred experience in one or more of the following: Javascript, REST APIs, Power Shell, Github, Azure DevOps, Power BI;
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills; and Excellent computer skills;
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, SharePoint administrator, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst;
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; and
- Power Platform certification(s) preferred.
