What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the writing of proposals, protocols, and reports through literature searches and data abstraction
- Conduct site and patient recruitment, manage IRB submissions, and assist in site training
- Analyze data, including qualitative coding and quantitative data tables
- Communicate effectively with project teams and assist in project management tasks
- Support study start-up and close-out activities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in socialscienceor healthcare research, or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of research methods and practical knowledge of research
- Strong communication, organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in software programs, including Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of written and verbal English for professional report writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience in lieu ofeducationalrequirements may be considered
- Experience in conducting literature reviews and data analysis
- Familiarity with patient recruitment processes and IRB submissions
