Job Description
As an Inside Sales Biotech Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with our valued biotech customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a world-class team, develop your sales skills, and contribute to the success of our ambitious sales targets.
This role is 4 days based from our Inchinnan Glasgow Site 1 day remote
25% UK Travel Occasional Sweden visits
Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech industry
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Conduct market research to determine customer needs and preferences
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures in all sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in a Science relevant field.
- 1-2 years Consistent track record of success in sales, preferably in the biotech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
