Job Purpose
To support the DOT, TERM, Nodal teams by act as Interface between Corporate and Circles for issues pertaining to various regulatory Circle Corporate issues and ensure to update the National Head – Corporate Regulatory Affairs (Ops) on Regulatory Compliance aspects.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Act as Interface between Corporate and Circles for issues pertaining to various regulatory Circle Corporate issues and ensure to update the National Head – Corporate Regulatory Affairs (Ops) on Regulatory Compliance aspects
- Submission of various Parliament Questions asked by various departments by DoT / TERM Cells. Direct coordination with circles Nodal teams on Parliaments Question demanded by circles TERM Cells.
- Help Circles in various regulatory requirements of the Telecom License, like License audits of UL/ ISP/ NLD/ILD and Security Inspections.
- Submission of Various report on Call Drop Complaints (IVRS), Subscriber Base / Rural Urban Base / Landline Sub Base / 2G-3G-4G Monthly report / ISP PRI monthly Utilization status to various telecom department. Required lot of coordination follow-up with Network, Service Delivery from Corporate office for approved data.
- Prepare different MIS regarding Term Cell scores, make sure that circles are submitting all reports with respective term cell on time.
- Help and Guide the circle teams by way of drafting/replies to Cause notices/Parliament Questions/demands raised by TERM cells.
- Help circles in Audits – Security/ UL/ NLD/ILD/ ISP
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Experience of 1-3 years in Regulatory or related areas
- Good interpersonal skills
- MIS experience

- Graduate with 1-5 years of experience
