Job Role: HPC Cloud Engineer - Scientific/Engineering Applications

Location: Boston, USA

We are in search of a skilled and motivated High-Performance Computing (HPC) Cloud Engineer with experience in scientific and engineering applica1ons for our dedicated team at Clovertex.

Responsibilites: - Design and implement HPC solutions on cloud platforms, optimizing for scientific and engineering workloads.

• Manage HPC deployments on cloud environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for scientific and engineering applications.
• Work with MPI and/or CUDA enabled applications or programming.
• Collaborate with other DevOps engineers and developers to ensure seamless integra1on of HPC solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot HPC workloads on the cloud.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in HPC, cloud technologies, and scien1fic/engineering applications.
• Document and share best prac1ces related to HPC and cloud integration. Job Requirements: - Experience in HPC, particularly with scientific and engineering applica1ons, preferably in an enterprise or research-focused environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their HPC services.
  
  

Knowledge of AWS is a plus.

• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and adapting scientific /engineering applications to cloud environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with effective communica1on and collaboration abilities
