- Prepare hematologic flow cytometry reports for review by the hematopathologist
- Analyze and interpret data from flow cytometry testing to develop reports for pathologist sign-out
- Perform data entry and report writing with high accuracy, recognizing and resolving inconsistencies
- Provide consultation to clients and physicians regarding laboratory results and concerns
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory standards, ensuring quality in testing procedures
- Proficiency in technical flow cytometry and clinical hematology
- Experience in preparing and interpreting hematologic flow cytometry results
- Ability to assess normal samples and triage complex cases
- Strong communication skills for client consultation and internal collaboration
- Commitment to maintaining competency in high complexity laboratory testing
- Experience in training and educating staff in hematologic flow cytometry
- Familiarity with laboratory instrument calibration and troubleshooting
- Involvement in evaluating and recommending new test methodologies and equipment
