Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents like Validation Protocols and Quality Assurance Plan.
- Carrying out Product Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for carrying out Finished Product Documentation.
- In process and Final Stage Inspection of the products, Customer FAT(Factory Acceptance Test)
- Verification of certificates and coordinating for calibration for measuring instruments.
- Involve and facilitate during third party inspection, Customer and internal FAT/SIT.
- Preparing Non‐conformance report and informing to concerned personnel.
- Handling of Customer Interplant Complaints (Receipt / Register /Warranty Replacements / Status reports / Follow‐up and manage Complaints Database.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining QMS in the work area.
- Follow the EMS / Safety / Compliance norms / rules set by organization.
- Maintaining records as per master list.
- Preparation of Monthly reports.
- Track wise Change Control Co‐ordination.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ASME BPE standards in all quality-related activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that manufacturing and assembly processes meet all applicable regulatory and safety standards.
- Support audits (internal and external) related to ISO 9001 compliance.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Inspection of Stainless Steel Fabricated products like Tanks, piping, chassis.
- This role works closely with all stakeholders in operations like production, materials, IQC, and interfaces with customer for FAT Field issue resolution
BASIC QUALIFICATION:
Who are you:
Education -B.E (Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical); Biotechnology, Mechatronics
Experience:3 – 7 Years experience in quality domain.
Technical Skills / Competencies:
- Thorough understanding of ISO9001 and ASME BPE
- Good knowledge on problem solving techniques.
