Position Details:

• This is a 100% remote position – we’re a VR-first, fully remote team
• You’ll be based in India and available during some U.S. business hours, depending on project needs. You’re comfortable with occasional evening and weekend availability to support global projects.
• You’re fluent in English and bring exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll research and analyze clinical trial data from sources like clinical trial registries, PubMed, and scientific conferences
• You’ll develop new strategic initiatives in Clinical Trials Management
• You’ll leverage your background in technology and life sciences or healthcare to identify and present new business opportunities
• You’ll manage proactive communication on projects, guiding them from strategy through to execution
• You’ll collaborate with Product Management, Development, Operations, and Sales teams as needed
• You’ll work closely with Sales Customer Success to understand client needs, developing solutions that provide critical insights through sophisticated analysis

Desired Candidate Profile (Required):

• You have a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Biotechnology, Medicine, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (e.g., MD, MBA, PhD, MPharm)
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Clinical Trials, with a focus on Oncology
• You have a strong foundation in Social Media Intelligence or Secondary Intelligence
• You are an effective leader, with proven success in a matrixed organization
• Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you take a hands-on approach in your work
• You have experience managing teams and naturally foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Your communication skills are outstanding, both verbal and written, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly
• You’re skilled in project management, able to work independently, plan in ambiguous situations, and see projects through to completion
• You’re flexible with your time, comfortable overlapping with U.S. hours and occasionally working weekends when needed

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience with a potential annual bonus of up to 25%. Our compensation package does not include health insurance benefits at this time.
