Title: Senior ABAP/Fiori Lead Developer with Biotech Industry exp

Duration: 6 Months plus extension to 12 months

Location: Remote - East Coast

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of ABAP Development experience in SAP environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
• Strong expertise in ABAP and Fiori development - experience in developing and enhancing Fiori applications is essential.
• Experience with SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component) - deep knowledge of ECC modules and integration points.
• Experience with S4HANA (preferably) is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
• Leadership experience in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones (India, UK, USA).
• Strong Communication Skills - must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP Application Management Services (AMS) - understanding of system support, issue resolution, and enhancements post-go-live.
