• To perform investigations (deviation and complaint) and to handle other QMS profiles like change control, CAPA and Supplier qualification .

• To manage all investigation and related documents in TrackWise and other systems.

• To Work with cross functional teams for the conclusion of investigation and CAPA.

• Ensuring implementation of Corrective actions/Preventive actions proposed in Deviations and Customer complaints.

• Maintain and report QMS KPI’s time to time.

• M. Pharm / B. Pharma with Minimum 4-6 years of experience.

• Ability to learn / quick adaptability / analytical /organized / communicative
