We seek a dedicated and experienced Therapy Specialist to deliver clinical education and training focusing on the Med-Surg and general ward care setting. (Smart Beds / Bedframes / Surfaces / SPH / FLC products)
The position requires an expert level of clinical knowledge/practices and competence in delivering and assessing training and education to support business strategy and financial goals.
Location:North East North West from Birmingham up also covering Scotland
Whatwill youdo ?
- You will act as the primary clinical educator and spokesperson for Baxter products and therapies. Responsible for developing clinical solutions to sophisticated problems within the Med-Surg care setting
- Assist marketing in the development, design, coordination and implementation of training programs and product/therapy usage guides for internal and external customers.
- Build strong customer partnerships to increase efficiency through informative programs on product utilization.
- Work with the sales team, supporting product evaluations and installations/implementations.
- Coordinate product evaluations, complete data analysis, and subsequent reports to gain customer dedication to improve and grow sales.
- Provide customer feedback to the marketing team, conduct customer needs analysis, and develop tactics to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a knowledge of competitor products and evidence and provide comparative clinical performance data to the marketing and sales team.
- Drive commercial revenue opportunities through clinical roadshows and audit activity, recommending service or replacement where appropriate.
Skills and Experience
- Background in nursing is desirable but not crucial will accept HCP/ OT / Physio.
- Strong clinical background with the ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge in the medical/surgical field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
