Role Overview:As the Manager – Talent Acquisition , you will lead the efforts for employer branding and driving end-to-end global recruitment strategy and execution for technical (engineering, product, data science) and non-technical (sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR) roles. This includes strengthening the team in India as well as expansions in other geographies including the US, Dubai and Africa. You’ll build strong pipelines, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and partner closely with leadership to support the company’s rapid growth.Reports to - HR Head

Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical verticals.
- Lead and manage a small, agile TA team as hiring demands grow.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Establish, track, and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire).
- Source talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Own and optimize the employer branding efforts to attract top-tier talent.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the interview lifecycle.
- Drive improvements in recruiting processes, systems (e.g., ATS), and best practices.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for niche medtech roles and future scaling needs.
- Support campus hiring and internship programs as needed.
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tech tools.
- Passion for building teams and solving talent challenges in a growing organization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
